My steering was loose like the play in the steering wheel and it was fixed once before and they said if it happened again which it did they would replace the part instead they did not and said they adjusted it so I’m sure I will be back I. A couple months again because they won’t fix it right and they said they were going to re alighn the wheels and if they did it is even worse than when I brought it to the dealers the steering wheel is at least two inches to the right just to drive the truck strait and I didn’t tell the dealer about either because I will just go some where and pay to have it done right by someone who knows what there doing

in the passed I have had a good experience with the dealership, but this time it was a bad experience. They kept my vehicle for a week and half they had a relatively simple job. but the dealer act like want to take care of the problem. I had to call GM to get them to resolved the problem. Still they did not do a good job. I just took the vehicle , I did,t want to deal with it anymore. I am not a happy camper.
We made an 830am appt for an oil change and the service was not started for 1-1/2 hours. Appointments should be taken in and started close to the appointment time. I would’ve made a 10am appointment if I knew it would take that long.
I found Mark Christopher online, having never done business with it before. I selected Mark Christopher because I found a free car wash offer on its website. I printed the free car wash offer and presented it to the service advisor when I dropped off my vehicle on Feb 24. The coupon said it expired Feb 28 so it was still valid. When I picked up my car 3 days later on Feb 27 it was not washed. So Mark Christopher did not deliver on the offer that brought me in to the dealership. BAD FORM!!!!

For the first time ever I didn't feel pressure from an overzealous salesman when purchasing a new car. Nick did a fantastic job on answering all my questions and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends when they are in need of purchasing a vehicle
Car salesman was very helpful it was the end of the day and he was actually due to be off in 10 minutes but he took all the time that we needed took us for a test drive explained the vehicle did a great job
